Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!An Account Executive at Magnite plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of a defined book of business of publisher accounts. The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring Magnite exceeds our publisher’s expectations in delivering on our core value propositions: making them money, protecting their brand, and saving them time. ****In this role you will:***** Be responsible for day-to-day client servicing across a portfolio of key publisher accounts; these initiatives will include onboarding, inventory monetization and troubleshooting to grow publisher revenue and expand on Magnite’s scope of work* Work with the Account Directors to develop excellent understanding of each publisher's business, technical set-up, and needs in order to create end-to-end strategy to unlock new opportunities* Provide regular proactive communication to publishers on delivery, measurement, reporting and integration strategies* Present at client meetings e.g. hot desking sessions, conducting business reviews, product overview sessions etc* Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Demand Leads, Revenue Solutions, Platform Solutions and Product Management to help define and drive enhancements to the Magnite platform* Act as an advisor to our clients, sharing industry trends, advancements, relevant insights, and best practices****We’re looking for someone with:***** Proficient computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word) and PowerPoint (MS PP)* Previous experience in programmatic and digital advertising would be nice but not required* An analytical mind that has very good attention to detail and able to translate trends in data sets into actionable insights* The ability to identify problems and come up with solutions, as well as manage multiple priorities simultaneously* An exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas* An ability to work well independently and willingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships* Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational as well as presentation skills* Willingness to learn, passionate about Programmatic & Digital Advertising, AI, and new technologies; who is keen to drive continued excellence and innovation****Comprehensive Perks and Benefits**:*** Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days* Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan* Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave* Private Medical Insurance* Competitive Pension Plan* Disability and Life Insurance* Mobile Phone Subsidy* Fitness and Wellness Reimbursement****Company Culture:****We believe collaboration is essential to success.
