Job Description

This is a paid contract role for an Academy Coach at Camden Town WFC. The Academy Coach will be responsible for coaching and mentoring players, organising and facilitating fun & intense football sessions, and promoting a healthy, positive, supportive culture within the team and the wider club. This is an on-site role located in Wembley, where the Academy Coach will be expected to train twice per week, with match days at the weekend.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • FA Level 2 in Football Coaching/UEFA C qualification or above.
  • FA Safeguarding Children Qualification
  • FA Emergency Aid Qualification
  • Valid DBS Certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communication effectively with players, parents and peers
  • Passion for supporting player growth and development
  • Ability to create engaging and intense session plans
  • Previous experience in coaching and leading a youth team
  • Strong organisational skills
