What We're Looking For

We are recruiting trainee/apprentice solicitors from a variety of backgrounds and routes into legal qualification. Qualified CILEx Paralegals may start a Solicitors Apprenticeship with us to become a solicitor without the need for a law degree. Whether you begin as a trainee Paralegal and gain a CILEx qualification with Roythornes, or you already hold one and work with us for 12 months before applying to continue, your Line Manager and Lead Partner will support your progress. We also offer an alternative path to becoming a CILEx Lawyer.

Essential Qualifications
