Key Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent sales growth and service excellence.
  • Driving territory performance by analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Building strong customer relationships across key accounts, ensuring commercial targets are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business, grow existing accounts, and minimise losses.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets across the assigned territory.
  • Use the CRM system for planning, forecasting, and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Manage credit risk and communicate potential issues to the credit team.
  • Lead sales meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Complete administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in food/foodservice sales and 3+ years managing people or remote teams.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing sales.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, targets, and financial reporting.
  • Flexible with working hours and travel requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
