About the job Printing Client Service/Production Co-Ordinator

R9000-R15,000 (Depending on Experience)

Requirements:

  • Printing experience advantageous
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as an internal point of contact for Sales Reps and clients, addressing their print needs.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide advice on print solutions which includes litho, digital and speciality printing.
  • Work with internal teams (Repro, production, despatch) to ensure seamless execution of print projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets and quality control to meet client expectations.
  • Booking in of jobs upon quote approvals.
  • Creation of work tickets.
  • Checking and sending proofs to client timeously. Thereafter following up on approvals.
  • Keep accurate records on Orders received.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Help develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
