- Broad knowledge of NTCSA and related processes – medium level of proficiency required
- Knowledge of scenario development processes and methodologies – medium level of proficiency required.
- Project management and planning skills and experience – medium level of proficiency
- Analytical, problem solving, conceptual, system and strategic thinking skills – medium level of proficiency
- Effective interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication, group facilitation and conflict resolution skills – medium level of proficiency
- Business networking ability – medium level of proficiency
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance, as a member of a team in a cross functional environment – medium level of proficiency
- Computer literacy (MS suite) – medium level of proficiency
B Degree / B Tech in Business Management / Commerce / Physical Sciences / Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 Credits.
Minimum Related Experience:
5 Years’ Industry related experience,
Successful track record of business development or strategy development, tools and analysis preferably in the energy sector.
