Knowledge:
  • Knowledge on strategy development processes and tools – medium level of proficiency required
  • Knowledge of appropriate strategic decision support tools and relevant analytical techniques – medium level of proficiency required
  • Systems dynamics thinking – medium level of proficiency required
  • Broad knowledge of NTCSA and related processes – medium level of proficiency required
  • Knowledge of scenario development processes and methodologies – medium level of proficiency required.
