Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to promote the firm's legal services and strengthen its brand positioning in the UAE market.
2. Manage the firm's media relations, ensuring positive coverage in legal and business publications, both locally and internationally.
3. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and keep the firm competitive within the legal industry.
4. Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, articles, and other marketing materials that reflect the firm's values and achievements.
5. Oversee the firm's online presence, including website management, social media strategy, and digital marketing efforts.
6. Organize and manage events, seminars, and webinars that enhance the firm's visibility and engage key stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers in the legal and business community.
8. Conduct market research to gather insights on client behavior, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
9. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
10. Collaborate closely with the legal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the firm's objectives and client expectations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and PR roles specifically within law firms in the UAE.
2. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and media relations in the legal sector.
3. Strong understanding of UAE legal market dynamics and regulatory environment.
4. Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional materials.
5. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media management, and website analytics.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
