Job Description:
As the Director of Product Marketing, this role is a key partner to our Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) offering team. This role drives Product Marketing direction, messaging strategy, and portfolio marketing for the DWS solutions. You will lead a team that brings DWS offerings to market, builds content, and manages it through the product lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop offering marketing strategy and plans for the DWS portfolio.
- Drive product positioning strategy for existing offerings and new offerings.
- Develop and evolve compelling narratives and value propositions.
- Lead the global introduction and rollout of offerings.
- Support the DWS offering team’s marketing needs.
- Partner with offering leadership on roadmap prioritization.
- Understand marketing trends, customer requirements, usage, and buying behavior, as well as the competitive landscape, the voice of the customer, and the market.
- Create and manage the marketing budget for the portfolio and agencies.
- Create targeted revenue-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Create and maintain sales content, web assets, marketing material and other deliverables.
- Educate the sales teams and business partner community about portfolio offerings.
- Drive portfolio evangelization and amplify through leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of marketing experience.
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in technology services.
- People management experience or leadership experience.
- Proven experience in launching and managing a portfolio of offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a global organization.
- Experience in Product Marketing for a range of Digital Workplace Solutions products, or in a “as a service” business model environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Strong writing, content development, and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in marketing, business studies, or equivalent major preferred.
The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $175 - $220k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
