Job summary
A prominent energy provider is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide strategic support throughout project life cycles. Responsibilities include cost advice, contract documentation guidance, and mentoring of surveying employees. The ideal candidate must hold an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field. This permanent position offers a market-related salary and is based in Sunninghill, Gauteng.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity surveying.
- Experience in contracts management and cost management.
- Registered with South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession.
Responsibilities
- Provide cost advice and planning support.
- Mentor and coach quantity surveying employees.
- Comply with relevant governance and safety requirements.

- Honours Degree/BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying at NQF8 with 480 credits
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity surveying, contracts management, cost management in the built environment
Professional Registration Body: South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) as a professional quantity surveyor (PrQS).
