Job summary
A leading design firm in Austin is seeking a CAD Designer specializing in water and wastewater treatment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of CAD experience, strong knowledge in U.S. codes, and the ability to produce fabrication-ready documentation. Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional CAD experience producing fabrication-ready and permit-ready drawing packages.
- Mastery of ASME Y14.5 GD&T and process schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, attractive drawing sets quickly.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed 3D models in AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Generate complete fabrication packages including ASME Y14.5 GD&T.
- Develop digital twins and perform advanced CFD modeling.
