Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Charlotte, NC is looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer focused on water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, have over three years of relevant experience, and be pursuing professional certification. Responsibilities include developing electrical designs, coordinating with teams, and managing engineering deliverables, all while upholding company standards and practices.

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 3+ years in electrical design, planning, and construction services within the Water/Wastewater industry.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification, and in pursuit of Professional Engineer (PE) License.
Responsibilities
- Function in a technical specialist capacity. Under general supervision, performs all aspects of conventional design engineering.
- Develop Electrical design for water/wastewater projects.
- Coordinate with regional and global design teams.
- Prepares a variety of increasingly complex engineering deliverables.
- Continuously learn and remain current on departmental design guides, standards, and applicable engineering codes.
