ABS Global, a Genus company, offers an exciting opportunity for a Non-Genetic Product Line Manager to lead development, marketing, and performance of our non-genetic product offerings designed to add value to dairy and beef customers worldwide. The role manages the product lifecycle, conducts market research, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure market success.

Key products include Uddercare, Silage Additive, Genomic Testing, Bovisync, and Heat Detection Systems. The new position, located remotely in the US with approximately 20% travel, offers a salary range of $130,000–$190,000 USD. Compensation and benefits align with the country of residence and may extend to employees in LATAM and EMEA.

• Drive the highest long‑term profit value from our non‑genetic product portfolio by utilizing industry knowledge, analytical capabilities, and understanding ABS customer needs.
• Collaborate with product suppliers to ensure product attributes align with dairy and beef customer requirements.
• Develop and implement individual product strategies to maximize value generation.
• Provide guidance to commercial managers on global pricing and restrictions.
• Work closely with commercial leads to ensure product alignment with market strategies.
• Continuously gather customer, market, and competitor insights to inform product strategy and tactics.
• Partner with the Marketing Team to develop global campaigns aimed at increasing market penetration and lead generation.
• Create commercial training materials on product capabilities and selling stories.
• Take full accountability for the P&L of each non‑genetic product.

• Excellent English‑speaking and business writing skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Animal Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in product management within the beef, dairy, or broader food industry.
• Track record of managing a product line with success in development, marketing, and sales.
• Knowledge of the beef and dairy industry, including market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and pricing strategies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead teams.
• Proficiency in product management and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
