The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience, excellent team leadership skills, and proficiency in project management. This remote position allows for national coverage. Responsibilities include client interactions and ensuring project delivery within budget and time constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with complex ERP implementations.
• Project or Program Manager experience of at least three full lifecycle projects.
• Experience in managing a team of business analysts, developers, and solution architects.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business requirements.
• Define service scope and corresponding labor estimates.
• Manage assigned client service engagements.
