Job Objective:

Enhance customer relations by providing updates on order status, handling inquiries, and managing order-related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication: Provide regular updates on order status, prices, and any changes.
2. Claim Handling: Resolve customer claims using CRM tools.
3. Order Management: Monitor, enter, and confirm orders, ensuring accuracy.
4. Support for Complex Orders: Seek assistance from CC Specialist/Team Leader as needed.
5. Invoicing: Register direct deliveries and verify invoice data.
6. Transfer Pricing: Calculate and enter transfer prices daily.
7. Customer Account Management: Maintain and update customer account details.
8. Country-Specific Tasks: Handle responsibilities unique to specific markets.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Product knowledge, push sales, IFS, Outlook, Excel, CRM, Teams, SharePoint.
2. Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) preferred.
3. Strong time management, adaptability, and attention to detail.
4. Customer focus, commercial awareness, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Job Specification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 3 to 6 years of experience in order management or back-office coordination.
3. Hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., IFS) and proficient in MS Office.
4. Experience in customer-facing roles with knowledge of invoicing and order processing.
5. Multilingual skills (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
