About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the Higher Education & Lexical editorial team at Oxford University Press India (OUPI). The role offers a chance to make a significant impact by expanding and enhancing the Higher Education list, aligning editorial outputs with OUPI’s mission to advance learning worldwide. You will work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to shaping educational resources that influence teaching and learning across India.

Opportunity

As Editorial Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the creation and development of teaching and learning solutions for Higher Education, Trade, and Lexical lists.
  • Ensure high editorial standards, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and linguistic integrity.
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as Go‑to‑Market (GTM) planning, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), and impact studies for lexical resources.
  • Utilize tools like TshwaneLex (TLex), Sketchengine, and content management systems for efficient data handling.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables while fostering collaboration across teams. Your work will directly influence OUP’s educational offerings and strengthen its position as a trusted academic partner.
