Tele Calling Executive### Experience & Salary0.0 - 0.0 years|0.0 - 0.0Lacs P.A.### Skills Required### Job Description1 Daily check OPD Schedule of all doctors2 Daily check for upcoming offers and TV intervies for 1 upcoming week.3 Look at POP first , top most priority will be POPups at any time .The lead should be catered within 60 mins.4 Dial atleast 400 numbers daily and talk time should be more than 4 hrs.5 Look for pending calls first and appointments set for Online Consultation or Direct visit to hospital .6 Once the patient is called and call is connected first collect all the data of patient and update it in BI , very important is Alternate phone number . Main data of patient that should get updated or added is : date of birth (husband and wife) ,marriage date ,city , Alternate phone number ,Name , How did they got information of our hospital.7 If appointment is confirmed Then add patient's appointment in HMS, Give them for proper date and time in the respective center.8 Then backend telecaller will call patients 1 day before (10 am to 12pm ) and on same day at morning before 9am to 10 am , if call not connected , give atleast 4 trails on different times and with different phone numbers.9 Once appointment scheduled send the address details to patient by What's app ,ask for What's app number and if not send SMS. Send releated video links to patient.10 Calls can be auto schduled and for few calling status you are allowed to schedule the manually , but after taking patients confirmation on call.11 dont push patients directly for visit to center.
