Maintain and repair distribution systems involving vacuum, medical air, medical gas systems and air compressors. 5. Maintain and repair pneumatic equipment located in engine rooms, such as hot water convertor, thermostats, induction units, sump pumps and all piping pertaining to the function of this equipment. 6. Make checks of all mechanical area equipment. 7. Handle maintenance calls from the main office. 8. Assist other trade maintenance technicians with more complicated repairs as needed 1.
