A leading toy retailer based in Chesham Bois is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the finance function. The role involves managing invoicing, collections, and cash flow while leading a team. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts receivable and 2 years in team management. Joining a dynamic and fast paced retail group with over 40 years of experience in the toy industry, you play a pivotal role within the finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you are responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and effective cash flow management to support the business’s financial health.
This role places a strong emphasis on team leadership and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our UK and international partners. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries, improve processes, and support strategic decision making across the business.
