We are looking for aSoftware Trainer (Implementation Specialist)to join our growing team and support our new clients as they onboard and learn the system.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering virtual training sessions and onboarding calls to new customers
  • Creating implementation plans tailored to client needs
  • Assisting users in learning how to use the software efficiently
  • Tracking training milestones and keeping clients on track for launch
  • Documenting all interactions and progress in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborating with the support team to ensure a smooth post-training transition
  • Customer support for 50,000+ users of the software
  • General administrative duties as needed
  • Contributing to knowledge base articles and resources when needed
