You will work closely with the Brand and Marketing team, on-park teams, external agencies and occasionally influencers/talent to capture authentic moments that showcases our fantastic locations, accommodation, on-park experiences, entertainment, F&B and teams.

Who are we?

We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday. With 27 amazing UK resorts, we pull out all the stops and add the bells and whistles to give our guests the holiday of a lifetime.

What you’ll be doing:

If you can match the skills, experience and qualities listed below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Build strong relationships with park teams to coordinate access, logistics and smooth filming days.
  • Capture high-quality footage across parks, accommodation, food & beverage, entertainment and guest experiences in fast-paced, real-world environments.
  • Make smart, creative decisions on the fly and contribute fresh ideas to brainstorms, reviews and production meetings.
  • Edit high-impact video content optimised for social, paid and digital channels, delivering multiple formats and variations for testing and performance.
  • Manage post-production, including colour grading, captions, graphics, asset organisation and delivery to brand standards.
  • Own your workload end-to-end, managing schedules, equipment and safe working practices to consistently deliver on time and to brief.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

  • Proven experience filming with DSLR, mirrorless or cinema cameras, using stabilisers, gimbals and basic lighting
  • Confident filming real people in busy, live environments, with strong communication skills when working with guests, talent and teams
  • Solid understanding of how video supports marketing channels and performance, with proficiency in editing social-first content
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Creative storyteller with an eye for authentic moments and engaging visuals
  • Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Highly organised, dependable and confident managing files, equipment and schedules
  • Friendly, people-centred and curious, with a desire to stay ahead of trends and formats
  • Full UK driving licence.

It’s the icing on the cake, but not essential if you have experience in the leisure and hospitality sector.

It’s about your values too. We have a can-do, people-centred ethos at Away Resorts, and we look for certain qualities in our team members. Have a read about it and see if you fit the bill.
