An esteemed educational institution in Leeds is looking for an experienced AV technician to support teaching technology in over 400 rooms. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to staff and students, showcasing excellent technical and customer service skills. The role allows for hybrid working arrangements. This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you an experienced AV technician with an understanding of a wide range of existing and emerging audio visual systems? Do you have the ability to remain calm under pressure and have a creative approach to problem solving? Are you a confident and a quick learner around IT hardware and software?
You will work within a customer focused and efficient support service with responsibility for providing support for the teaching technology in over 400 rooms comprising of lecture theatres, classrooms, computer clusters, clinical teaching labs and meeting rooms. You will be a first point of contact representing the University to staff, students and visitors.
With experience of working in a technical support role, you will have excellent technical and customer service skills.
