Zenrox Healthcare UK is an AI‑powered marketplace connecting healthcare facilities with medical equipment suppliers. Our operations team ensures seamless transactions, supplier performance, and exceptional customer experience across our platform.

Build and optimize operational processes that power our marketplace. You'll establish workflows for supplier onboarding, order management, issue resolution, and quality assurance—ensuring flawless execution as we scale.

• Design and implement end‑to‑end marketplace operational workflows
• Manage supplier onboarding process from verification through activation
• Oversee order lifecycle including quote aggregation, supplier communication, order tracking, and payment processing
• Establish SLAs and performance metrics for suppliers and internal teams
• Build issue resolution processes and serve as escalation point for operational challenges
• Monitor marketplace health metrics (quote response times, order fulfillment, customer satisfaction)
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain platform standards
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with sales, customer success, compliance, and engineering teams
• Develop operational playbooks, standard operating procedures, and training materials
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage operational tools and systems (CRM, order management, communication platforms)

• 4+ years operations management experience, preferably in marketplace, e‑commerce, or B2B platforms
• Strong process design and optimization skills
• Data‑driven approach to performance monitoring and decision‑making
• Excellent project management with ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Problem‑solving mindset with calm approach to urgent issues
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple organizations
• Strong communication skills with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch

• Marketplace operations (Amazon, eBay, B2B platforms)
• Healthcare supply chain, procurement, or medical device distribution
• SaaS operations or platform vendor management
• Lean/Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
• Experience scaling operations from startup through growth phase
• Familiarity with workflow automation and operational tools
