We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Salesforce QA / Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, functional validation, and quality assurance activities on the Salesforce platform.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, basic Salesforce functional knowledge, and hands-on experience in testing and documentation.

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technical teams.
• Support UAT coordination and business user communication.
• Assist in solution validation and functional clarification.

• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in Salesforce.
• Validate configurations related to: Objects & fields; Flows & validations.
• Log defects, track them, and retest fixes.
• Support UAT cycles and provide post-deployment validation.

• 1–2.5 years of experience in Salesforce QA / BA role.
• Basic understanding of:
  • Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • Salesforce data model
  • Profiles & permission sets
• Experience with:
  • Writing test cases and test execution
  • Requirement documentation
  • Jira or similar tracking tools
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (good to have)
• Experience working in UAT coordination
• Exposure to integrations or API validation (basic level)

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams
• Ownership and proactive follow-up
