Job summary
A utilities and infrastructure firm is seeking a Design Technician to join their design team in Worsley. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about engineering design. The role involves site visits, producing technical drawings using AutoCAD, and liaising with internal teams. A degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and good IT skills. This full-time position offers competitive salary and benefits.

- A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering, design, or related discipline.
- Understanding of basic engineering principles.
- Willingness to learn GNSS/GPS surveying equipment.
Responsibilities
- Undertake regular site visits and surveys for detailed designs.
- Produce accurate as-laid drawings using AutoCAD.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely drawing delivery.
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans.
