A charitable leisure trust in the UK is looking for a Duty Manager to oversee operations at leisure centres. The successful candidate will ensure that centres are welcoming, safe, and clean while managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Key qualifications include an RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and previous experience in a Duty Management role. In the role of Duty Manager, you will be key to supporting all of our objectives and in many ways. This will start with ensuring our centres are welcoming, clean and safe by managing and supporting the team to undertake their roles. A full training programme will be provided and for those that want to go further, we will work with you to develop a career path with us.
15 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
