A local government organization in Morpeth is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist individuals seeking help with various council services. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model, combining home and office environments, while ensuring staff wellbeing and providing comprehensive training. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor, 37 hours per week, permanent post based at County Hall, Morpeth.
