As an Area Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement, working directly with customers to understand their unique needs and deliver bespoke solutions. While you'll be largely autonomous in your client interactions, you'll be fully supported by a team of highly skilled technical experts.
You'll be expected to consistently meet and exceed targets within demanding timelines, taking immense pride in delivering high-quality technical services and solutions that truly add value for your clients. Your day-to-day duties will encompass a wide range of critical activities, including:
Experience selling ground engineering solutions to local councils, housing associations or other public‑sector organisations is highly desirable, a construction related background is required.
The Area Manager will report directly to the Head of Social Housing. Successful performance in this role can lead to Senior Area Manager or Team Lead positions as the team expands.
