U-Drive are recruiting for a positive and proactive Workshop Service Advisor to join the support team at our highly reputable Poole Workshop. Working alongside a professional and close‑knit team, you will be the face of the business in dealing with all customer queries from quotes and bookings through to taking payment. You will work a 40‑hour week on a rolling rota to include some Saturdays.

As part of our Customer Service Advisor team, you will have day‑to‑day customer interactions, both face‑to‑face and through formal business communication (phone & email). This role will have you liaising with multiple head office departments alongside our branches and members of the general public.
