Job summary
A leading defense contractor in the UK is seeking an Applications & Training Senior Engineer. The role involves delivering training solutions, producing training packages for the Ministry of Defence (MOD), and conducting system engineering activities within the Bowman system. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and experience in tactical systems. Salary ranges from £42,080 to £52,000, with hybrid working options and impressive benefits.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for technical documents and presentations.
- Experience in supporting Tactical C4I Systems, particularly BCIP.
- Proven experience in conducting DSAT compliant training delivery.
- Training analysis and design experience are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support in training solutions.
- Conduct DSAT compliant training delivery.
- Produce training packages for MOD.
- Deliver work packages within project teams.
- Monitor project schedules and track progress.
