- 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue/Commercial Operations.
- Experience leading operations teams in high-growth B2B/SaaS environments.
- Strong background in forecasting and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a global Commercial Operations function.
- Own forecasting and pipeline processes across Sales and Customer Success.
- Lead commercial operating cadence including QBRs and forecasting reviews.
- Oversee the GTM systems roadmap ensuring scalability and ROI.
- Design onboarding and training programs for commercial enablement.
- Partner with Finance and HR for sales incentive and territory planning.
- Lead analytics to deliver insights on revenue and performance trends.
