Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue/Commercial Operations.
  • Experience leading operations teams in high-growth B2B/SaaS environments.
  • Strong background in forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a global Commercial Operations function.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline processes across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Lead commercial operating cadence including QBRs and forecasting reviews.
  • Oversee the GTM systems roadmap ensuring scalability and ROI.
  • Design onboarding and training programs for commercial enablement.
  • Partner with Finance and HR for sales incentive and territory planning.
  • Lead analytics to deliver insights on revenue and performance trends.
