Job summary
A global consulting firm is seeking a Principal Consultant for their Data Center Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead role in London. In this position, you will lead and manage DC infrastructure and cloud-based service delivery operations while collaborating closely with clients to address their needs and expectations. A strong background in managed service delivery, particularly with ITSM frameworks, as well as excellent communication and client engagement skills are essential.
