Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to assist the Product & Marketing team in designing and coordinating marketing assets. Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, supporting product campaigns, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate should have strong multimedia design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. This position is based in Chertsey, with a potential for a permanent role after 12 months and may require travel outside the UK.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

- Design and update marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in planning and coordinating product marketing campaigns.
- Conduct desk-based research on market trends and competitor creative.

Job Purpose: To support the Product & Marketing team with the production of marketing assets and coordination tasks.
Reporting to: Senior Marketing Manager
Direct Reports: None
Duration: 12 months initially, but may lead to a permanent role
- Design and update marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines, including:
- Brochures (product line-ups, verticals &solutions brochures)
- Sales flyers and best-seller guides
- Event and exhibition graphics (banners, signage, stands)
- Campaign assets (digital & print ads, teaser videos, Digital Graphics (general))
- PowerPoint sales decks and product presentations
- Create visuals for social media platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all graphic outputs
- Assist in planning and coordinating product marketing campaigns for delivery across Europe
- Where applicable liaise with country teams to obtain translations and create language files
- Support event preparation (design assets, promotional items, logistics)
- Maintain and organise digital asset libraries (design files, image banks)
- Help schedule and organise internal team meetings and project check-ins
- Record minutes, actions, and maintain shared documentation
- Assist with vendor coordination (e.g., print houses, creative agencies)
- Conduct desk-based research on market trends, competitor creative, and design inspiration
- Benchmark Hanwha’s marketing materials against industry best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong multimedia design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks

The jobholder is required to be located at Hanwha Vision Europe Ltd, Heriot House, Heriot Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9DT – Our normal office hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, but the jobholder may be required to work outside of these hours as and when required to meet business needs. The role may also include travel outside of the UK from time to time.
