Job description

The ViBrent Consortium is seeking a Freelance Digital Communications Manager to shape and grow the online presence of the programme. We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, a confident digital storyteller, and passionate about championing cultural opportunities for young people in Brent.

Working closely with Punchdrunk Enrichment’s Communications team, the Freelance Digital Communications Manager will take the lead on building ViBrent’s online profile. They will develop and launch new social media channels, create compelling content, and ensure the programme’s activities and impact are clearly communicated across a range of platforms.

A key part of the role will involve advocacy and strategic planning. The Freelance Digital Communications Manager will collaborate with the Evaluation Consultant to identify key moments for documentation, and contribute to a communications strategy that supports future fundraising and stakeholder engagement.

Key Information:

This is a 1-year fixed‑term freelance role for 1–2 days per week from 23 February 2026 to 23 February 2027.

The role will be 2 days per week between the end of February and June 2026. We can guarantee a minimum of 1 day per week across the full contract period.

On‑site presence in Brent will be required, with some flexibility around working patterns.
