Here at IconInc we’re on the hunt for a creative, passionate individual who is looking for their next step in the events world!

As a luxury student accommodation provider, we are looking for someone to put their own mark on the events programme we deliver for our residents across four locations in the North of England. In addition to a passion for events, we would like someone who has a flair in creating engaging and on-trend social media content. You’ll have an exceptional eye for detail with strong project management skills with the ability to work and manage multiple projects at a time.

• Create and host events and activities (online and on-site) for non-residents to encourage footfall throughout the doors of our developments to deliver a taste of life at IconInc.
• Deliver photographs/videos of the events in real-time or within 24 hours to IconIncs’ social media channels ensuring you are showcasing life at Iconinc for both events and general life.
• Recruit and manage the relationships with student ambassadors at each Iconinc development. Work with them to produce on trend resident generated content, write blogs and drive authentic content.
• Work with the Marketing team to produce collateral, e-shots and newsletters.
• Engage with third parties such as Universities and societies to seize opportunities to access our target market, attend events and activities.
• Manage IconInc social media channels, creating content which our residents will engage with. In addition, weekly reporting and monitoring social media insights to improve our content and engagement.
• Responsible for keeping the Iconinc website up to date each month ensuring residents and potential leads can view our exciting and busy events schedules.
• Report weekly on-site team content, event feedback and community engagement. Keep site teams motivated and focussed on engaging with residents, driving event attendance and generating social media content.
• Responsible for gathering and cataloguing all content produced by yourself and the site teams so that these can be use in the future to promote Iconinc.
• Supply the Marketing team with news and updates, including video and photo content to ensure the IconInc experience is clearly represented online.
• Research and plan exciting events that will create a community within each IconInc development.

• Social media guru! Passionate and eager to stay on top of trends and deliver exceptional content.
• Ideally 2 years minimum of Events experience.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage deadlines as well as take ownership of projects.
• Strong administrative, computer and organisational skills.
• Able to work on own initiative but willing to seek advice and support when appropriate.
• Creative and have an ability to produce and present original ideas as well as being able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Full, current driving licence and own vehicle as some travelling will be required.
