Job summary
A leading catering company in Sowerby Bridge is seeking Catering Assistants to deliver school lunches. The ideal candidates are dynamic individuals with previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment, possessing excellent teamwork skills and a friendly personality. Responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality service during busy periods. All training is provided, offering a flexible working schedule from Monday to Friday at £12.21 per hour.

- Monday‑Friday
- 11am‑3pm
- £12.21 per hour
- Providing a friendly and enthusiastic service
- Producing, and serving, consistently high quality meals and snacks
- Serving hot and cold drinks
- Cleaning down workstations and tables as well as using a pot wash.
- Restocking cupboards and fridges
- Conducting quality checks
- Previous experience required
- The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
- Confidence when interacting with people
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Driven and dependable approach to work
- Friendly, outgoing and welcoming personality
- As an active role, you must be comfortable with walking and standing during the majority of your shift.
