Regional Field Manager – SW England & S Wales, Remote
Job summary
A leading marketing agency is seeking a Regional Field Manager for Southwest England & South Wales. This home-based role requires you to lead and support field teams, ensuring they deliver excellence. You will monitor performance and maintain client standards while fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of field management experience in FMCG or retail, excellent people management skills, and is proficient in Microsoft tools. A competitive salary of £38,000 plus bonuses and a car allowance is offered.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching and feedback.
- Monitor and review performance, coverage and financial reports.
