Role Purpose:

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in coordinating and delivering a diverse range of premium events, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class and unforgettable experience. Main Duties:
  • Process internal and external event bookings, maintaining accurate records
  • Scope and confirm event programmes, including catering, timings, and logistics
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Manage the event diary and highlight concerns to the Events Manager
  • Provide front‑of‑house event support and contribute to creative development of guest experiences
  • Collate guest feedback and work on continuous improvement of standards and delivery
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent relationship management skills
  • Maintain high attention to detail and a calm approach when working under pressure
Key Accountabilities:
