- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.

- Champion quality control, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Salary: £75 000 – £85 000 + package

This role blends technical expertise, commercial awareness, and client engagement to ensure every project meets the highest standards.
You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, manage programme and cost performance, and act as the key client interface, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency remain at the heart of every decision.
