Qualifications

  • 35 years experience in multidisciplinary project management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of EPCI lifecycles and stakeholder management.
  • Offshore or maintenance project experience (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee all project phases in line with safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Coordinate internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain progress and communication.
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and progress reports in accordance with QHSE standards.
  • Identify risks, apply corrective actions, and ensure technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong client relationships and promote repeat business opportunities.
  • Lead and develop project teams to achieve consistent delivery standards.

About The Role: Staffpower Group are looking for a Project Manager on behalf of a well-known manufacturing company based in Kirkbymoorside to manage and deliver engineering and manufacturing projects safely, efficiently, and within budget. Lead teams to meet client and company objectives while supporting the commercial team with tendering and project development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee all project phases in line with safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and progress reports in accordance with QHSE standards.
