Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager for a main contractor.
  • Experience leading new‑build industrial, logistics, or large commercial projects (£10m+).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative, solution‑focused approach.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to deliver projects to tight programmes.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Confident communicator with strong client‑facing and reporting skills.

Salary: £75 000 – £85 000 + package

Join a leading main contractor delivering large-scale industrial, logistics, and commercial developments across the UK. This is a high‑profile role for a hands‑on leader who thrives on driving technical excellence, collaboration, and successful project delivery.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of high‑value new‑build schemes, typically ranging between £20 m – £100 m+, overseeing projects from pre‑construction through to handover. This role blends technical expertise, commercial awareness, and client engagement to ensure every project meets the highest standards.

You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, manage programme and cost performance, and act as the key client interface, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency remain at the heart of every decision.
