A leading building supplies company in the UK is seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead a team in a frame and truss manufacturing environment. The role involves managing production targets, ensuring quality, and developing staff within a positive and supportive culture. CARTERS Cambridge Manufacturing are seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor with sound manufacturing knowledge and understanding of the processes within a frame and truss manufacturing environment.
We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor, reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead, supervise and coordinate a production team of manufacturing operators and carpenters, ensuring production targets are met; safety and quality is adhered to while training and developing your team. Working 5pm to 5am Monday to Thursday with Friday as required due to business demand.
