Assembly Operator

Role Overview: To build and test products following standard operating procedures to meet quality and time standards.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on:
  • Ensure company Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policy is adhered to by yourself and others.
  • Build and testing of product in line with instruction sheets/ standard operating procedures to meet quality and time standards.
  • Promoting and improving work area 5s.
  • Completing Quality System Transactions and Production System Transactions.
  • Meet on time delivery by organising yourself and colleagues to effectively complete plan.
  • Understand and comply with the Company Core Values.
  • Engage, suggest and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects, as required.
  • Flexible to complete other duties and up skill as required.
  • Develop and drive your own personal development plan.
