Astro Fire Systems is a specialist fire protection business operating in high-risk, mission-critical environments, including energy, power generation, and heavy industrial sites. Our focus is on gaseous fire suppression systems and specialist fire alarm solutions, alongside long-term maintenance and lifecycle support. We are a technically driven, growing business committed to quality, relationships, and delivering the right solutions.
We are looking to appoint our first dedicated sales professional to help build a strong commercial platform for future growth. This is a hands-on business development role suited to someone who enjoys technical sales, building long-term client relationships, and being involved early in the project lifecycle. Year one is intentionally positioned as a foundation year, focused on embedding the role, building trust, and creating sustainable pipeline.
You will have experience within fire protection systems or a closely related technical sector, with a background in fire alarm systems and/or gaseous suppression. You will be comfortable engaging technically with industrial clients, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously within a small, growing business.
As Astro Fire Systems grows, this role offers clear progression into senior business development, key account management, and sales leadership positions, with increased responsibility and earning potential.
