A leading social media publisher in Manchester seeks a YouTube Shorts Channel Manager to manage and optimise short-form video performance across various channels. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience, focusing on maximizing monetisation and audience engagement. You will collaborate with editorial and production teams to create effective strategies that leverage data analytics for improved performance. As a YouTube Shorts Channel Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling and optimising short-form video performance across LADbible, UNILAD and SPORTbible YouTube Shorts channels.
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, platform performance and video monetisation. You’ll lead the end-to-end YouTube Shorts publishing and optimisation process. From planning and packaging to performance analysis, with a clear focus on maximising revenue opportunities, alongside views, audience retention and channel growth.
Every title, hook, caption and posting decision you make will be driven by platform insight, video analytics and strategic consideration helping ensure YouTube Shorts is a meaningful growth and monetisation engine for our brands.
At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.
