Job summary
A leading logistics company is looking for a Transport First Line Manager for their Wigan depot. You will lead a team of delivery drivers, ensuring smooth operations while achieving compliance with transport regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in transport, strong people skills, and a national CPC. This is a permanent position offering £16.56 per hour plus benefits, alongside opportunities for personal development and team progression.

- At least 2 years’ experience as a Leader/Supervisor within a transport operation.
- Demonstrable experience improving transport operations.

Responsibilities

- Ensure legal compliance and safety within the transport function.
