Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a compassionate support worker to provide personal care and assistance to older clients. This role involves tasks like personal grooming, mobility support, and overseeing wellbeing. Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and be willing to undertake online training and in-person induction. Flexible hours allow for a good work-life balance, and ongoing support is provided.

- Assist clients with mobility support and equipment.
- Monitor wellbeing and report changes.
- Document care notes digitally.

As a support worker, you’ll provide compassionate, personalised care in clients’ homes, helping them maintain independence and live well. No two days are the same, as you travel locally to provide care tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Locations:Bundall, Southport, Carrara and surrounding suburbs. You must be willing to travel to Gold Coast South locations and be availableMondays and Fridays from 7:00 am.
- Personal Care:Assisting with showering, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders
- Social Support & Transport:Taking clients to appointments, shopping, and outings
- Domestic Assistance:Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Mobility Support:Assisting with walking aids and personal equipment
- Complex Care:Supporting clients with higher or specialised care needs
- Wellbeing Monitoring:Observing and reporting changes in health or behaviour
- Documentation:Recording notes digitally via our user-friendly mobile app
You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference. You communicate well, build trust easily, and adapt to changing needs with flexibility and professionalism.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or Disability
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Australian Driver’s Licence and own reliable, insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to complete online onboarding, training modules, and attend apaid in-person induction in Bundall
