A leading energy company in the UK is seeking an Operations Engineer based in Orkney. This permanent, full-time position involves supporting the operation, maintenance, and capital delivery activities on the Transmission network. Candidates will need experience as a Senior Authorised Person or willingness to achieve SAP authorisation. Responsibilities include planning maintenance activities and providing support for major projects. The role requires strong communication skills and a full driving licence, with a competitive salary and benefits offered.
Base Location: Orkney
Salary: £49,004 - £81,406 + overtime + standby + car / car allowance + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We have an opportunity for an Operations Engineer to join our team supporting the operation, maintenance and capital delivery activities on our Transmission network. Based within the North/West region, the role will involve planning, delivering and reporting all maintenance activities on our assets, as well as supporting project delivery from concept to completion. Successful candidates will be required to build on their operational experience and gain operational authorisations, such as Senior Authorised Person.
