A respected law firm in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Family Associate Solicitor to manage a complex caseload and lead a small team. Responsibilities include providing expert legal advice on family law matters, supervising junior staff, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of PQE in family law, strong legal drafting skills, and a keen understanding of high-net-worth cases. This role offers a clear path to becoming Head of Department within 12–24 months, depending on performance.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Family Solicitor with strong technical expertise across divorce, financial remedy, children law, and potentially high net-worth work. They will lead a small to medium-sized team, carrying their own caseload, but also supervising and mentoring junior solicitors. The role is structured with a clear path to becoming Head of Department within 12–24 months, depending on performance and business growth. They will combine outstanding client service with leadership, business development, and strategic planning to help grow and shape the family law offering.
